Seriously, the Friday Wellness hydration is my favorite electrolyte drink mix. Others can make my stomach hurt, give me heartburn, etc. I find that these give me the boost I need but aren’t so strong they wreak havoc on my tummy. I love all the flavors! I put off trying the mango pineapple forever because I do NOT like mango. I was so surprised to find I love this one! It’s so incredibly refreshing. The watermelon lemonade is my go to and had gotten me through many tough training sessions. Cannot speak highly enough about this product!!!!

I am a distance runner and wanted to start taking electrolytes. I decided to try Friday Wellness Pineapple Mango electrolytes. The flavor is very good and mixes well with water. I am definitely going to repurchase and can't wait to try the other flavors.
This is my go to pre-workout. I always tell a difference on my long runs when I take this before. More energy, more focus, better performance. It’s a winner!!!
I’ve been drinking the mango flavor for about a month now and I love it. I can absolutely see a difference in how I feel and how energized I am during the day when I drink it compared to when I don’t. All of my family and co-workers have noticed how much I like it and want to order it now too after they’ve tried it because the flavor is so much better than a lot of the other greens on the market. Can’t wait to try the strawberry kiwi flavor!!

Again, taste is SUCH an important factor for me. There are so many preworkout products out there and it can be overwhelming, but Friday's preworkout tastes amazing!! I have sustained energy throughout my workouts without that jittery feeling! I feel more focused and have been having more successful lifts!
Taste is such a big factor me and green apple is a perfect combination of a sweet, apple, and a touch of sour. My sleep scores went up 10 points just on the first night of drinking calm before bed!!!

To be honest I was a bit nervous and skeptical to try this. I gave it a shot though for the Black Friday and let me tell you I am in love! Not only is the taste amazing but so is the product. I have trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep and this works like a charm. I feel much more relaxed and even my watch tells me so lol. I will keep buying for sure!
My new favorite add on to my nightly routine. Have found I get more restful sleep and wake up feeling great.
