The best electrolytes after a run/workout!!

I've tried a bunch of electrolytes - and I mean a bunch. This is by far the best tasting one I've ever had. I really love that you can mix it with more than 8-16oz of water without it tasting watered down. I put mine in my 26oz Yeti and you can still taste the flavor! It mixes so easily too, I've had other brands that will have clumps in it even after shaking it for a few minutes but Friday Wellness dissolves almost immediately after just shaking my bottle 3-4 times. I will say I haven't been using it but 4 days so I can't say for certain yet how it's impacted my overall hydration, but I'll try to update my review once I've been taking it for a while to see if I feel any difference on that aspect. Based on taste and mix-ability for now, I highly recommend! I will definitely be buying again and trying out the greens when those are released! :)
This is the best tasting electrolyte i’ve ever had. Usually i don’t like the artificial watermelon taste in anything but i’m very surprised i actually loved this flavor. Can’t wait to repurchase and try her other flavor!!
Flavor is great - doesn't have that extra sugary flavor. Light and not too over flavored. Strawberry Lemonade is great when it's hot out. I will definitely purchase again.

I was actually so impressed with this product! I've tried a lot of electrolyte brands and they're either too sugary, too salty, or theres not enough electrolytes in each serving. These actually taste good and have supported me during my half marathon training! Can't wait to try the other flavor !!
I bought both flavors (and like both!) but the Pineapple Mango is SO good - I feel like I'm on a tropical vacation when I sip it :)
I'm a new runner and found these on Tik Tok... So I usually don't like the taste of electrolytes that much but I LOVE these. I opt to add more water so it's a not as sweet and I drink at least one packet throughout the day. Highly recommend!
