I was super skeptical this product would improve my runs and workouts. It really does make a difference! I feel like I have so much focus and stamina. I love the pina colada flavor, too! It’s super refreshing and I have no problems finishing it before I start my activities.

I am drinking more water than ever. These don’t leave me bloated after like other products do, they have a great taste unlike other brands that are salty tasting and hard to get down. I love drinking my water with these & gets me the hydration I need!
