To be honest I was a bit nervous and skeptical to try this. I gave it a shot though for the Black Friday and let me tell you I am in love! Not only is the taste amazing but so is the product. I have trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep and this works like a charm. I feel much more relaxed and even my watch tells me so lol. I will keep buying for sure!

I love this flavor! I used Friday wellness hydration through my entire marathon process. I am not the biggest watermelon flavored person, and tried this flavor for the first time and have loved it! The lemonade aspect brings a great flavor to the drink.

I purchased both calm flavors and tried the green apple. The flavor is great! Not too over powering but goes down super smooth just like all other Friday products. Helps me feel rested at the end of the evening and lower my stress. Can’t wait to see the long term effects of muscle recovery!
